The short version: the app keeps your swings on your phone, with no account and no tracking. This website asks for your email only if you want to hear when the campaign launches.

Who we are

QimmaView makes a racket tracker for solo improvement and the app that goes with it. You can reach us about anything in this policy at founder@qimmaview.com.

The QimmaView app

• Your swings stay on your phone. The app saves your sessions, swings and results on your phone only. It does not send them to us or to anyone else.
• No account. There is no sign-up, no login and no password.
• No tracking. The app has no advertising, no analytics and no tracking of any kind.
• Bluetooth is used only to talk to your own tracker, which clips onto your racket. The app does not use your location.
• Sharing is your choice. If you export a session, the app hands the file to your phone’s share menu, and you decide where it goes. The app itself sends it nowhere.
• Deleting. You can delete one session or all of them in the app, and deleting the app removes everything it saved.

The launch sign-up on this website

• What we collect: your email address and, if you choose to tell us, whether you’re a player, coach or academy.
• Why: to send you one email when the crowdfunding campaign launches. We don’t use it for anything else, and we don’t sell it or share it for marketing.
• Where it is kept: sign-ups are stored by our form provider, Formspree, which receives them on our behalf.
• How long: until the campaign has launched and we have told you, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.
• Removing it: email founder@qimmaview.com and we will delete your sign-up.

Browsing this website

This website sets no cookies of its own, uses no analytics and no trackers, and loads nothing from other companies’ servers. Like any website, it is delivered by a hosting provider (Cloudflare), which handles the technical information every visit needs, such as your IP address, to serve the pages and to keep the site safe. We don’t use that information to follow you.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing founder@qimmaview.com. For anything in the app, you don’t need to ask: it is on your phone, and you can delete it there.

Children

If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian before signing up for launch emails.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects how we use an email address you have already given us, we will tell you by email first.
